last friday we spent the afternoon with my mom on balboa island. you can't help but think of arrested development when you pass the frozen banana stand :D dang that show is funny! anyway, above is pretty much what i've been wearing these days- leggings, socks, boots, a top and big sweater.
back when i first found out i was pregnant, i found these vintage overall's at the goodwill. i don't think they're for pregnancy, but they fit for now. they have a drawstring around the ankles to give them a harem leg. i have been having a hard time finding tops to go with them. it's a lot of denim to work with!
here is what i wore yesterday. i borrowed this sweater from my shop and wore my jeans i blogged about here.
have a wonderful weekend!

ReplyDeleteawwwwwwwww love it.
ReplyDeleteas always, your outfits look effortless and chic. I love your leggings paired with those heavy sweaters and that denim jumpsuit is so adorable on you! a keeper for sure.
ReplyDeleteyou look beautiful and congratulations! you've brought such a simple and chic look to maternity fashion
ReplyDeleteYou look lovely! That first outfit is cool, pregnant or not.
ReplyDeleteI had a pair of big old thrifted mens overalls that I wore with one of my pregnancies. They looked so big in the beginning, but by the third trimester I couldn't button the sides anymore. Oh, our bodies are funny and amazing pieces of work!
Take care.
Beautiful pictures! You're gonna be a very stylish mom for sure :)
ReplyDeleteAwww you're pregnant! And beautiful! Oh man I would kill for those overalls. We are thinking about going for #2 before too long here as well, I gotta keep my eye out at the thrifts...
ReplyDeletehi! i'm a new reader, and i love your blog. i just spent my morning drinking coffee and going through your archives, and i just love it! you have fantastic style, great taste (and luck!) with vintage for your shop, and i love the posts on motherhood and family. i have two little boys, so i always love to find blogs with like minded mamas. also, i love the snippets of your spiritual faith that come through. i was raised catholic, my grandmother was a carmelite novicia nun (before she met my gramps, obviously *wink*) and my mother in law was also a nun back in the 60's, and while i am not currently active in the church, catholicism is something that is just a part of me no matter what, so i felt so at home reading your posts about it. i loved your posts on the saints, and your daughters communion. i look forward to reading your blog in the future! holy long winded comment, batman! sorry!
