Last weekend my daughter and I went and painted ceramics together. We had so much fun. I seriously could have stayed and kept painting all afternoon. Above is my plate which is a replica of the one from Anthropologie. I brought the catalog in with me and did my best imitation. I'm happy with how it turned out considering I was on a time limit (Alex painted two mugs in the time it took me to paint my one plate)! I can't wait to go back and paint some more!
Did you all have great weekend? We went to Palm Springs and had a blast! Lots of sun, swimming and eating :D

ReplyDeleteOhh, what a cute plate!
ReplyDeleteIt's gorgeous! I've done ceramic painting before but I can never think of what to paint. Next time I should be more prepared and bring some ideas.. You could paint a whole set of plates like this, or maybe a matching cup :)
ReplyDeleteThat plate is adorable - you did a wonderful job. :)
ReplyDeleteThat is amazing!! I had no idea you were such an artist. Wow! I had the plate with the Eiffel Tower on it from the Anthropologie series but sadly I broke it. Ugh.
ReplyDeleteWow, you are really good, I'm impressed!
