Tintypes

Hi everyone! Today I thought I'd share some of my recent tintypes. My love for this type of photography grows more and more. It's so different from how I photograph with my Canon or my phone. Actually it's the exact opposite! With my regular camera I enjoy candids and unposed pictures but with wet plate it's very posed and planned out. It requires a whole new approach which is pretty fun.

I can't wait to get out and pour some more plates! I also think it'd be cool to do a video showing process. We'll see if I can make that happen. Anyway, have a great day!

    I love these so very much. And I admire the hell out of you for your pursuit of art in the midst of the chaos I assume comes with parenting five human beings.
