Here And Now

Well, it's Monday and I have a very full week ahead me! I like having a lot to do around the house because when I'm on a schedule I get so much more done. I've been on a roll the last two days so hopefully I can keep the productive ball rolling. Here are some pictures from over the weekend and a couple from the last few weeks.

We visited our friends on Friday and had the best night playing music, singing and drinking beers. Maggie had fun roaming in their backyard. I love how the pumpkins are taking over!

We've had an abundance of eggs lately so I made a yummy frittata Sunday. Ruben and I have been on a poached egg kick and have been making them A LOT.

Mr. Banjo. He's cute but he isn't very nice most of the time.

I carved alphabet stamps last week and made some market totes.

Alright, I'm off to go do my chores! I hope you all have a great week.

  2. Your photos (subjects) are lovely and soothing. Siamese are known to be temperamental and not good with children. They have so much "cat-itude."

    Those totes are beautiful.

  3. I love the feeling of being productive, especially when it lasts for days on end. We have been dogsitting (it will be ten days on wednesday) and I kind of had to decide my house is just not going to get totally clean until she's gone. The little black dog hairs are everywhere on the floor, I can't believe the sweeping! I thought it was bad before. Anyway I kind of love when I just devote a couple hours to chores, but it is hard indeed with two little sprites who want lots of interaction.

Those totes are amazing! I love your alphabet "font" I guess you could say, the shape and style of each letter. So classic and kind of funky 70's-ish. Are you going to sell them in your shop? Good work over there lady! All of it!
