Ruben's band, Border Town Saints, had a show at a vintage motorcycle event yesterday. It was dusty, dirty and fun! The first four photos were taken by our friend Jessica (she's in the 2nd picture with me). The last two were taken with our camera, which Shane got ahold of and broke. He was kind enough to leave photos of the crime being committed-
There's the camera case, my wallet and his legs...that little booger!!! I don't know what he did to it but, now the lens won't retract all the way (which is causing the shadows on the two corners) and it won't stay in focus. Oh well!!!!

How was your weekend? Do tell :D

I love these photos.
ReplyDeleteThat little blogger must be too cute anyways :) The pics are awesome. I had also a great weekend: vintage shopping-books-walks and friends :)
ReplyDeletehahah! i love the last photo of the crime scene!
ReplyDeleteThe picture actually looks kinda cool with the dark edges! Oh Shaners!!!
ReplyDeleteoh my camera wont focus either! let me know if you figure out how to fix it!
ReplyDeleteWell, it's a shame the camera is messed up, but I sort of like the effect! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat photos! I especially love the colors in the third one. Haha, I totally thought the blurred edges in the last two were intentional, it is kind of a cool effect and that's pretty hilarious that he documented the scene of the crime. He probably got dust inside the lens, it can cause it to jam. I think my last camera broke from getting sand at the beach in there, apparently one grain can ruin an entire camera!
ReplyDeleteIn other news, the dress arrived yesterday afternoon and it's SO CUTE! Thanks so much Anne!
I thought you were doing a matte effect on your photos! They look very artsy - that's probably what Shane was going for...
ReplyDeleteThe weekend looks like so much fun!
your hub is rad...i'm listening to his music right now on myspace. this dusty desert setting looks so perfect for these tunes and you look gorgeous out there rocknroll mama.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cool event to attend!
