weekend fun

What a wonderful weekend we had! I can't usually say that and 100% mean it, but today I can. We went to see the Road Kill Kings on Saturday at the coolest, tiniest bar on PCH called Mother's. What a fun band! They have a pedal steel/fiddle player who was so rad! They invited Border Town Saints (my husband's band) to come up and play a few songs and they were awesome!
A few other things we did- painted the shutters and front door, helped out my sister in law, got massive amounts of laundry done and overall had a super laid back, productive weekend!

    I have to chime in with everybody else and say how gorgeous that skirt is!

    I had a ridiculously busy but good weekend. Birthday party Friday night, up past sunrise being silly talking to someone on MSN, wonderful sleep, drove friends out to pick up a kitty cat, glow in the dark mini golf, a night of video games leaving me awake past sunrise again haha, and then some housecleaning and relaxing on Sunday. It almost makes my day job feel like my rest time! XD
