"if you live it up, you won't live it down"
This is one of my favorite skirts. It was my friend's Mom's and I was lucky enough to score it for free at her garage sale several years ago. The shoes are a recent purchase from The Goodwill. I was so excited when I saw them and even more thrilled when they happened to be my size! They are vintage and in perfect condition. woohoo! The belt is also one of my faves. How cute is that butterfly?!
I've been so busy the last few days, I haven't had any time to catch up on my blogging :( Hopefully later today I'll get a chance...we'll see. Things have been a bit crazy and overwhelming for me lately, so here's a song to lift my spirits and yours (if you need it).
So long for now,
♥ anne

I love your shoes! I was flipping through an online archive from a French fashion magazine the other day and landed in the 70's. There were so many shoes like this and I loved them. Your skirt is gorgeous too. I love the way you paired it all.

Amazing shoe find and that skirt is just perfect. I've been keeping my eye out for something similar. I used to have a few really great 70's wrap skirts that were my mom's. I wore them back in high school and I'm so bummed that I ever got rid of them :(
